PAYMENT METHODS

You can pay for your order by PayPal, Credit Card or Bank Transfer.

1. Paypal. If you choose to pay by Paypal, you will be automatically redirected to the Paypal website.Our Paypal e-mail address for payment is: info@autods.net

2. Credit Card. You can pay for your order with your Credit / Debit Card. You have to choose Paypal payment and you can pay as a guest with no Paypal account.

3. Bank Transfer. Below are the payment details. In the European Union, the cost of an international bank transfer is the same as the cost of a domestic transfer.

SHIPPING

We will send you parts after payment immediately, usually we need max 10-15 work days. Delivery time in Europe is 3-5 work days to prepare your order. We need additional 7-10 work days to prepare orders with painting or with exhaust parts.

Our company will be closed for summer holidays between 17 July 2023 and 28 July 2023. The office will work, so you can place an order, but we can have some delay in delivery..

We can ship our products to all countries in Europe and in the world.

For more than one product: Combined shipping cost for over one product is cheaper, so Contact Us, we will thten e-mail youď shipping cost for your order, counted specially for you.

DELIVERY

Dates for delivery are given in good belief and as accurately as possible, but are not guaranteed. AutoDS Team Poland shall be under no liability whatsoever for any delay in performance of any order by reason on in consequence of force majeure or of any matter or thing outside our control including but not limited to labour, natural catastrophe, civil commotion, scarcity of supplies of customers instructions or be short of instructions. Standard prices on our store are only for Europe - road service.

RETURNS

Supplied goods may be returned for a refund, exchange or credit. This requires the goods are returned within 14 days of receipt. Subject to the following conditions below:

  • Purchased goods are received in a resalable condition.
  • Customer pays the transaction costs (DotPay, PayPal etc.).
  • The goods are returned with the full carriage paid by the customer.
  • The Goods must be returned in their original condition and not to be used in any way. If not we reserve the right to charge the cost of new product packaging.
  • If the Goods are returned to us after 14 days from receipt we reserve the right to charge a minimum of 10% of total cost of goods.
  • If the Goods are special orders to you by special specification or painted , there will be no refund or return policy to apply. We do not guarantee a perfect color match for order with painting.
  • The customers name and address and order number must be attached to all returns of goods. Customer should also specify reason for the return.
  • If returned parcels with goods are undelivered AutoDS Team Poland cannot accept any responsibility.
  • We accept no responsibility for any incurred labor cost to the customer or any third party during fitting or removal of supplied goods even in case of incorrectly supplied goods.

DAMAGES AND SHORTAGES

All deliveries of goods are insured and must be inspected at time of delivery and the couriers formalities must be clearly marked as "damaged" or "goods missing". This is a duty of recipient. We need only a protocol of demages from courier delivering the parcel, this is necessary to do a complaint.

If any order is received short or damaged, notification must be received by e-mail or post within 24 hours of delivery (to allow for Transporters claims).
